All orders are shipped within 1 working day.

Standard shipping to major cities is approximately 3-4 business days.  

For rural areas, standard shipping can take up to 14 business days.

If you have not received an order within 14 days, please contact us.

You can have your package delivered to your work address if this is more convenient for you. This should just be included as Delivery Address.

Please note Captivated Soul is NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. Captivated Soul is not responsible for any packages once they are in the hands of any one of our shipping subsidiaries.

It is possible to cancel or change your order if it hasn’t been sent. Contact us and we will help you. If your order has been sent, you will have to return the products in order to receive a refund. The freight will not be refunded.



We want all our customers to receive high quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, please contact us  highlighting the reasons you're unsatisfied.

Please state the order number as well as your name and address. Without these details we will not be able to process your refund. 

To return unused product(s) it must be in its original unbroken packaging and within 14 days of receipt for a refund, or alternatively you can exchange your product within 14 days.

Items must be unworn and as new.

Please note The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes.

It can take up to 14 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process the refund or exchange within 48 hours.



If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please contact us.

Please include your order number as well as a picture if there is something wrong with one of the products.

You have a 6 month warranty period if something is wrong with the product. Your claim should be sent to us as soon as possible. If your claim is justified we will refund your reasonable freight expenses.


We stand behind the quality of our glasses with a 6 Month Warranty — our guarantee that upon receiving the product, every item is free of material and manufacturing defects.

We work with our manufacturers to create pieces that are made to stand the test of time. We’re confident in the quality of our product. Please note the warranty does not cover any lost items, scratches or damage that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party.

To inquire if your glasses are covered under this warranty, contact us with your name, address, order number, photo or video and a detailed description of the issue at hand. Warranty claims must be accompanied by an acceptable proof of purchase and are subject to approval.
